Setsplan : What is it ?
A database, connecting the production companies to the technicians and artists of the audiovisual, film, photography and event sectors. Registration for technicians and artists is free on the website. Production companies, production managers or agencies can create their professional profile to access the technician database.
The goal of setsplan?
For technicians: Setsplan allows you to share your availability to have a chance to be booked by production companies and agencies. The production companies have access to your profile to:
1) find you easily with the search engine.
2) see your availabilities that you have entered yourself (for a maximum of 6 months)
3) see your CV online and contact you directly by email or phone.
4) automatic emails are sent directly at the end of your last availability.
5) a time saver for both parties.
For the artists: Setsplan allows you to share your availabilities to have a chance to be booked by casting directors, extras coordinators and agencies. Setsplan is intended to have your availabilities. The complete profile (photos, infos, CV, videos, ...) is to be created on www.castinglux.com
Your advantages :
1) to have all your availabilities (on a maximum of 6 months) to facilitate the booking (complete profile on castinglux), the research and the possible changes of dates of shootings, ...
2) have your own profile to change your availability at any time if needed.

Members (production companies, production managers, agencies, ...) annual fee to pay ?
The Setsplan project has been financed by Castinglux asbl (non-profit association). The goal of this platform is to give a fast and efficient working tool to production companies, production managers, agencies, ... technicians and artists. The annual membership fee will be used to finance the project invested by the association and to continue to develop it in the long term. A receipt will be provided to each member upon payment.
